P4 carries the largest concession (16%) because Deploy is the phase most likely to scope-creep — the bundle discount partly compensates for committed sequencing.

Review gates R1 + R2 PER PHASE
03 · Revisions SOW LANGUAGE · R1 + R2

Revisions. Each phase includes two rounds of consolidated revisions (R1 and R2). A revision round is a single, consolidated response from the Client containing all feedback from all stakeholders, delivered in one document or written communication. Multiple separate messages, conflicting notes from different stakeholders, or feedback delivered piecemeal across days will be treated as a single round once consolidated by Studio Artifice.

The Client will deliver each round of feedback within 5 business days of receiving the deliverable. If feedback is not received within that window, the timeline will pause and the engagement clock will stop until consolidated feedback is provided. Resumed work is scheduled against Studio Artifice's then-current availability and may shift downstream phase dates.

Items not counted as a revision round: typo corrections, copy swaps under 50 words, color or spacing micro-adjustments, asset reformatting, and clarifying questions. These are handled inline and do not consume R1 or R2.

After R2 is delivered and approved, the phase is considered closed. Subsequent changes to closed-phase work are billed as a Change Order at $285/hour with a 4-hour minimum, or as a fixed scope quoted in writing before work begins. Change Orders are invoiced separately and are not subject to bundle pricing.

If a phase requires more than two rounds because of net-new direction (a strategic pivot, repositioning, or scope expansion not contemplated at kickoff), Studio Artifice will pause the phase and issue a Change Order before continuing. This protects both parties from creep masquerading as revision.
